Meet The Team

Hello ! I am the Project Lead for Darent Valley Hospital. I believe humans are powerful beings, yet sometimes we forget how awesome we are! So it is with great pleasure that I get the joy of being a voice of hope, walking alongside a person with their journey into recovery and wellbeing. In my spare time I am a fitness instructor having fun through movement, motivating fitness and a healthy lifestyle, which may have spread to my own children who are all sporty in their own various ways!

Hi my name is Kate and I’m a Youth Support Worker with Emerge. It is such a privilege to work with this amazing charity. As a young person/adult I struggled terribly with mental health so to be able to support others in this area is incredible. I am married to Roger and have 2 children and 2 step daughters who are all now adults. Outside of Emerge I am very involved in our wonderful church. I love to spend time with Roger and the family and our crazy gorgeous cockapoo Saffie.

Hi, my name is Angel and I’m passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact in their lives. I’m naturally a very caring and understanding person, and I’ve always found it important to make people feel listened to, supported and comfortable being themselves.

I’m particularly interested in mental health and the impact that having the right person around you can, have during difficult times. I love having the opportunity to work with young people who may be struggling and to be someone they can trust and feel safe around. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with the people I care about, watching TV and films, and keeping active through walking my dog.
