Meet the Team

Fiona
Fiona
Hi, I am Fiona, Project Lead for the service at Tunbridge Wells Hospitals in Kent.
I regularly get involved with detached youth work in my local community. I love getting alongside young people, speaking positive things to encourage them about who they are and what their strengths are.
I have the heart to see every young person reach their potential.
Fiona has a degree in Psychology and was a practitioner in the NHS in a community team working with people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.

I am a youth support worker at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.I love building relationships with people and hearing their stories. I originally qualified as an engineer, but after a few years found myself doing health coaching. More recently I have been mentoring young people and helping them to discover their unique talents and abilities to achieve their goals. I love being in nature, taking long walks and spending time with friends and family.

I am a youth support worker at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
I have always worked with children and young people – as a one-to-one special needs teaching assistant and as a children’s nurse and health visitor. I believe in the value of giving our children and young people time and space to just be. To simply listen to what they feel and think. I am a contemplative person, so I enjoy time in the garden and watching things grow and develop. I also like to hear people’s stories and lives, so love to meet people for coffees (mostly in garden centres to indulge my passion for plants!).

Ann has a DiPHE in Children’s Nursing with specialist qualifications in paediatric and neonatal intensive care nursing, a BSc (Hons) in Specialist Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting), and a PGCert Psychology and Neuroscience in Mental Health.

Hi, my name is Steph and I am the Project Lead for Emerge based in Maidstone Hospital. I have a passion for helping young people find the confidence to believe in themselves. I live in Maidstone with my husband and love spending time with family and friends. Somehow we have been adopted by a local & very friendly cat. Outside of work, I work as part of Maidstone Street Pastors.
