Meet the Team
Hey, I’m Immy and I’m the Project Lead for Darent Valley Hospital in Dartford, Kent. I love that at Emerge, we get to spend time listening to young people, encouraging them, empowering them to make decisions and showing them that there is hope. In my spare time I enjoy playing boardgames, going for walks, baking and doing crafts. I also have a kitten who demands lots of snuggle time.
Immy has a BA Hons in Applied Theology and has been doing youth work since 2016.
Hello there! My name is Radhika and I am a Youth Support Worker.
It is my passion to see young people reach their full potential by walking with them and supporting them as they overcome their various challenges.
I am a primary school teacher and am also qualified to support young people with Dyslexia and other SEN challenges. I also have a Level 3 Counselling qualification.
I enjoy different crafts (especially those involving a sewing machine). and love movies, musical theatre and spending time with my fabulous family.

Hi, I’m Sarah and I am one of the Youth Support Workers for the Darent Valley Project. It is a privilege to be able to encourage and care for young people in some of their most difficult times. I have a passion for helping young people who are struggling to see their potential and to begin to believe in the possibilities.
In my spare time I enjoy music, singing and arts and crafts such as painting and crochet. And there’s also nothing better than a cuddle on the sofa with my dog, Pippa and a Netflix Series.
I have been a teacher since 1998 and moved from this into being a foster carer.
