Meet the Team

Hey, I’m Grace, the Project Lead for the Emerge Project in Wexham Park Hospital. I previously volunteered for the Emerge Project at St Peters hospital and it is there that I really developed a passion for the work we do at Emerge helping young people through the tough times. I love being able to come alongside young people and be a voice of hope to them when they are feeling low. In my spare time I enjoy running, good coffee and good food.

Grace has a BSC in Psychology and has been doing youth work since 2013.

Hi, I’m Jane, a youth worker for Emerge at the Wexham Park Hospital Project. I am enthusiastic about working alongside young people, actively listening to them, and making them feel safe in a time of need. Emerge has allowed me to bring and speak hope into the lives of young people in my community when they need it most. When I am not at work, I love to be involved in church activities and I enjoy travelling with my husband and three children.

Jane has a degree in ‘Working with Children and Young People’, Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Children and young People’s Mental Health and
Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Behaviour that Challenges.
